Beykoz Konaklari's decision to work with Bomanite Türkiye for the villas at this exclusive Bosphorus-view address came from a need for both technical consistency and aesthetic cohesion. The pool terraces designed separately for each villa had to respond to each home's individual architecture — while maintaining the overall language of the development.
Bomanite Imprint Systems provided the flexibility to meet both requirements simultaneously. Combinations of travertine, slate and cobblestone patterns gave each pool terrace a distinct identity, while shared colour palettes reinforced visual unity across the project. All surfaces were sealed against pool chemicals and the salt-air conditions of the Bosphorus shore.
To date, 10+ private homes at Beykoz Konaklari have been completed, each with Bomanite-finished pool terraces and exterior surfaces. This portfolio remains Bomanite Türkiye's single strongest reference address in the luxury residential sector.
