How It Works

Surface Preparation
Substrate cleaned, levelled and dividing strips positioned.

Mixing
Aggregate blended with binder in specified size ratios.

Pouring & Curing
Mix poured into panels, screeded and left to cure.

Grinding & Polishing
Diamond-ground open then polished through progressive grits.
Care & Maintenance
With Proper Care, 50+ year lifespan
DAY
Daily Cleaning
Sweep and damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. Avoid acid or abrasive products — they dull the surface.
SPN
Spills & Stains
Wipe spills immediately. Epoxy Terrazzo resists chemical stains; on Cement Terrazzo avoid leaving acidic liquids (citrus, vinegar) for extended periods.
PER
Periodic Maintenance
Sealant renewal is recommended every 5–10 years. Superficial scratches can be removed with diamond polishing — restoring the floor to its original gloss.
AVD
What to Avoid
Avoid steel wool, acid-based cleaners, steam machines and dragging heavy furniture. Use felt pads under furniture legs.
