The Process
How It Works

Initial Diamond Grinding
Coarse diamond tooling removes the surface layer, levels imperfections and exposes the concrete aggregate.

Progressive Polishing Steps
Progressively finer diamond abrasives (80 → 400 grit) are used to refine and smooth the surface step by step.

Densifier Application
A chemical densifier penetrates the pores, reacting with silica and lime to increase surface hardness and dust resistance.

Final Polish & Sealing
Fine diamond pads (800 → 3000 grit) achieve the desired sheen; a UV-resistant guard sealer completes the surface.
