The Process
How It Works

Surface Assessment
Existing concrete hardness, moisture content and defects are assessed. The right system and sheen level are specified.

Diamond Grinding
Coarse diamond tooling removes the surface layer, levels imperfections and prepares the concrete or substrate.

Densifier & Colour
Chemical densifier is applied; integral pigment, colour hardener or chemical dye is added as required.
04
Fine Polishing & Seal
Progressively finer diamond pads achieve the desired sheen; UV-resistant guard sealer completes the surface.
